I'm originally from Nova Scotia, but I moved to British Columbia from Canada's east coast in 2011. After joining the military, I served a 4-year contract primarily stationed in Victoria on the west coast. Whether I’m traversing scenic trails or competing on the baseball diamond, I find solace and joy in being active amidst the beautiful West Coast landscapes.

 

Fueling my passion for fitness and wellness, I recently graduated from West Coast College of Massage Therapy in Victoria.  Motivated to empower others, I embrace each opportunity to guide individuals toward healthier lifestyles and personal growth.

 

I draw from a diverse array of techniques, including Swedish and non-Swedish modalities such as petrissage, trigger point therapy, myofascial work, joint mobilizations, muscle stimulation, and deep tissue massage. I approach my practice with versatility and experience, always striving to provide the best care for my clients.
